The Anybus CompactCom family provides instant

connecvity to any CIP or 17 other industrial networks with

just one fast, one-me development.

With CompactCom you can keep the same drivers and

conguraon while switching between the dierent

form factors or networks. This exibility makes

the CompactCom the most compelling alternave

to extensive in-house development.

• Fast data transfer:

- Up to 1448 bytes of process data in each direcon.

- Up to 1500 bytes of explicit messaging

• Very low latency <300µs.

• Event-based interface method enables easy access to input and

output data at any me.

• Fast, event-based applicaon hardware interfaces: 8/16-bit

parallel and high speed SPI. I/O (shi register interface) is also

available.

• A complete, interchangeable communicaon module with

connectors.

• One hardware plaorm for all Ethernet versions. Simply download

new rmware to enable communicaon with another network for

example PROFINET or EtherCAT.

• Firmware management tool enables easy download via FTP or

serial connecon.
